BIM and PA: CUOA with 4Days launches new course, SNA accredited
After the positive experience of the custom course addressed to the technical staff of the Veneto Region, CUOA confirms the activation of a new training course dedicated to Public Administration contracting stations, structured and managed in collaboration with 4Days.
The course, titled "BIM for PAs - Basic Training Course Useful for Qualifying Contracting Stations," accredited by the National School of Administration (SNA), is as of today officially part of the catalog of training offerings of the prestigious Venetian business school.
As of the end of 2024, CUOA has in fact obtained accreditation as an SNA training institution, thus expanding its offerings aimed at PA. Among the first courses offered, the path dedicated to Building Information Modeling (BIM) structured on the track of the one proposed with 4Days last year, has received positive feedback, thus officially entering the bouquet of available courses.
A 20-hour basic course for RUPs, technicians and managers
Basic level and lasting 20 hours, the course is aimed at all those involved in the procurement management process, namely primarily RUPs (Single Procedure Managers), managerial and operational profiles in the technical field, IT and digital transition managers, legal executives and tender managers.
Through a treatment that combines theory and practice, participants will be guided to understand and apply BIM principles in the PA context, delve into BIM-related public procurement regulations, identify organizational actions to introduce BIM into internal processes, and analyze real cases to recognize the concrete value of BIM.
As a matter of practice, this basic course can also be customized on demand to meet the specific needs of individual administrations, ensuring maximum flexibility and quality in the design of training courses.
In parallel, the team's collaboration is also planned in relation to a specialized 60-hour course, multidisciplinary in nature, designed to involve all profiles related to the digitization of procurement, thus reaffirming its willingness to confirm a commitment to training the Public Administration, with a special focus on strategic issues that bring public and private sectors together.
Online mode and final certificate
Delivered in live and online modes, the course will enjoy an interactive virtual environment. At the end of the course, there will be an assessment test and a certificate of attendance will be issued.

The initiative is part of a broader CUOA strategy, fully shared by 4Days, aimed at strengthening the capacity to offer training to the Public Administration on topics related to digital transformation. The SNA accreditation is a confirmation of the quality of the training proposal, as well as the constant commitment on strategic fronts such as technology, sustainability and organizational innovation
