4 Days srl adopts a Quality Management System in compliance with the Standard of good practice UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, as a strategic asset to improve its overall performance, to meet customer requirements and to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of its services.
The compliance with ISO 9001 and a smart approach to Quality Management System processes, help 4 Days srl to improve customer satisfaction, to reduce risks connected with service delivery, and to assure full conformity to customer needs and to applicable regulations and laws.
Each organizational area has the direct responsibility about its compliance with quality requirements.
The Management team identified 4 main goals in the adoption of a Quality Management System:
Achieve and maintain certification of its Quality System in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015;
Build mutually profitable relationships with customers and improve the existing collaborations, by a better understanding of their needs
Strengthen internal continuous training processes, in order to develop staff competences, creativity, empowerment and accountability
Improve collaboration and transparency in the relationships with suppliers and partners, also through audit, in order to improve quality level of products and services
To achieve these objectives, the Management team undertakes to:
Provide training to assist all personnel to achieve the required standards;
Implement and develop secure Data Management solutions and appropriate software tools to support business activities
Increase staff team, by growing with suitable profiles
Keep moving towards leanness, responsibility, problem-solving
Keep moving towards scientific and methodological study
Boost the staff with suitable competences and not only in case of need
Develop an intelligent process of strategic MKT and R&D
Management has provided a framework to define and review quality objectives. Management ensures that the policy is always in line with purposes of the organization.
Everyone in the company must work in compliance with the rules and procedures of the Quality System to ensure compliancy of the product and/or service with the contractual specifications.
